Serious cyclists know that reflectors just aren't good enough for night riding. With their clever system of LED lights, secret glow composite, and centripetal force generated by a spinning wheel, Lunasee has the solution for that. The Lunasee product lights up a bicycle wheel like the 4th of July. We created a logotype that tapped into the excitement of this product while appealing to the "edgy" bicycle consumer market. The textural interpretation of a solar eclipse seemed to be a perfect fit by playing off the circular functions of the technology and the battle of light and dark that occurs during such an event.
