Innovation Merged With Tradition

The Opportunity
Founded by Nathan Schmidt, Prosurity was originally known as Elite Financial Group. However, other companies in other industries also used the same name, meaning that EFG needed differentiation in the marketplace. Additionally, EFG didn’t have a brand image for its marketing, or any sort of corporate guidelines set. Their main product, critical illness insurance, wasn’t well known to most consumers.

However, Elite Financial Group had distinct advantages over their competitors: they were a young and exciting company that was offering a unique product. They not only needed a name and brand identity that would help them stand out from other companies, they needed to explore innovative new ways of marketing their product to potential customers.

The Solution
Working closely with the client, Eye Integrated developed a new corporate name, Prosurity, to help differentiate the company. The new name is modern and streamlined, but—with its echoes of “pro” and “sure”—it’s still a strong and comforting brand presence. This is the perfect balance for a company that uses the most up-to-date technologies to market the old-fashioned security that insurance can bring.

Along with the new name, Eye Integrated created a new corporate identity and logo for Prosurity. The new look was distinctive and up-to-date, yet still consistent with the rest of the insurance marketplace, maintaining industry awareness for the brand.

Beyond just giving the company a new look, however, Eye Integrated worked with Prosurity to explore new ways to market insurance, particularly the unfamiliar critical illness product, to consumers. By utilizing new methods and emerging technologies, Prosurity could expand their reach in unconventional ways.

The Process
Eye Integrated developed unique direct marketing efforts that are new to the insurance industry. One example is using personalized mailers that contain an address for a customized website hosted right on Prosurity’s servers. This site welcomes the customer by name and speaks to them directly about the advantages of Prosurity’s products.

To help build brand recognition, we revamped all of the new company’s sales materials, giving their corporate look a consistent visual impression. By expanding Prosurity’s marketing opportunities, the company was able to target new audiences.

Eye Integrated understood the client’s products and needs, allowing us to create a web development tool that not only helped sell Prosurity’s critical illness product, but is designed to be flexible enough to market additional products offered by Prosurity in the future.

The Result
With Eye’s vision and leadership, combined with Prosurity’s enthusiasm and unique product offering, the results have been incredible. Business has never been better for the company, and sales are growing every month.

The partnership has been so successful, in fact, that the two companies have even partnered on future joint ventures. Because each company believes wholeheartedly in the other, this is sure to be a promising undertaking.
